Sitting steadily in the Top #1000 after first month of Silph Season 4 with a spice index of 49. The most important takeaway, though, was battling a lot of really tight matches against my opponents and just enjoying the thrill. Bring on the Brawler Cup!

Brawler Cup has been so much fun, even though my results have been totally average (slightly less than 50% win rate). The variety in teams across tournaments has been a pleasant surprise. My Brawler highlight so far? Battling a trainer from Tasmania. Tasmania! How cool is that!

First time ever in my Silph journey I'm getting six ranked tournaments done in one month! For a while there I felt like a professional eSports player juggling four remote tournaments at the same time along with work and family. Then I checked my results and felt pro no more! 🤣

What's your special skill in Silph Arena competitions? Mine's got to be always miraculously finding a way to leave my team vulnerable to Lapras. Every. Time. I can play four different teams across different tournaments and you can count Lapras shredding through all of them! 🤣

I've always had a soft spot for rockers. During Holiday Cup I've enjoyed hurling rocks at thing like Froslass, A9T, Altaria and especially Talonflame that's been all over after December Community Day. Of all the recent rocking moments, this one from Glacial Cup is my favourite!

After struggling in Brawler Cup, Glacial Cup's results were far better (75% win rate) . Would've loved to play more, but now it's time to prioritize family time. Back in Finland's Top 10 and Global #1000, at least temporarily. Merry Christmas and happy New Year everybody!

Highlight of last weekend for sure: hosting the annual award ceremony for Finland's PVP community (Pokémon GO PVP Suomi). It really is a priviledge to work with a brilliant artist like Nikl3! All I do is run my mouth and come up with a few bad jokes while he does all his video magic! 😍

Back to global top #1000 and Finland top #10 with a mini sweep and a semi spicy team. The flexibility and safety of Gengar and Pelipper combined with the sheer bulk of Steelix was the key. A 3-1 result still to be concluded later tonight and then signing up for Obsidian Cups!
