What a month! I’m so happy to announce I received the NASA FINESST Grant and passed my qualifying exam! Thank you so much to my advisor Dr. Dr. Rebecca Fischer. I can’t wait to get the new school year underway and dive deeper into my research :)

Teaching sedimentary petrology last quarter was SO FUN. And now when students come to pick up their assignments, I get to give them crinoid stem fragments I picked up over winter break, and a few of them are showing me rocks that they got over break too 🥹
