Deleted, but still true. The biggest problem in indie publishing is arrogance: 1) Rules are for fools 2) I don’t need an editor 3) 1 draft, no revision, click publish etc etc … 9 outta 10 times, when I see an author say any combination of the above and I check their sample,

Editor life update: Me: I’ll just fix a few typos. Also me: Spends 2 hours debating whether a comma should live or die, rewrites a whole paragraph, and silently judges every misplaced apostrophe I see in the wild. Send coffee. And maybe a red pen refill. ✍️☕😂
