Next session is on celebrating reducing health inequalities. Introducing health equity champions will play a vital role in providing a range of support in all aspect in people’s lives. Great to see the collaboration between health, social care and across the community #LDALLR

A whole range of activities to reduce inequalities are ongoing in the community. These include specialist vaccination clinics and holding specialist screening sessions. #LDALLR

The team used the mobile vaccination unit over the summer to go out into the community and provide info on annual health checks, dental health and cancer screening…made it a fun environment, using disco lights and a goody bag to take away provided by Raising Health #LDALLR

The SpecialistAutismTeam@LPT focus on earlier interventions. They workshops, including ‘Understanding my Autism’ covering communication, understanding behaviour and mental health and autism.
