Change isn’t just about buy-in. Research shows 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 matters more than 𝘃𝗮𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲: active critics teach you more than passive supporters. Quiet agreement ≠ engagement. Meaningful change depends less on people liking it and more on their active involvement.
