I keep trying the small language models with my RAG apps and being disappointed. My overall impression is that SLMs are high in creativity but low in precision / rule following.

There are no small language models with support for function calling, right? Especially OpenAI-API-compatible function calling?
(I've just starred all the relevant Ollama issues about it.)
