The Marlboro Mustangs boys pulled off a 2-1 win over a very tough Toms River South. TRS jumped out to a 1-0 lead with a goal by Caruso. The boys had good chances but Isa earned a penalty and Langella converted it. OT, Dunphy played a ball into Jacobs, who shot near post. 2-1 win

Could not be more proud of Marlboro Mustangs for the way they bounced back from 3-1 down to level it and go to OT and Pens. Unfortunate way to lose in PKs Vs a quality Holmdel team. Lot of love for these kids! Goals from Barrett, Cohen, Ringel; assists from Dunphy (2) & Oechsner.

The Marlboro Mustangs bounced back after our SCT exit with a draw vs a good Steinert Boys Soccer team. 0-0 after 100 minutes. We have some work to do to but we have big goals with states next week.

Very tough Marlboro Mustangs loss today. This senior class set the bar on attitude, work ethic, and chemistry. Being with them from June to now, there wasn’t a day I didn’t enjoy being their coach. Four years of hard work did not go unnoticed. Thanks for a great season ❤️ ⚽️
