Robert Owen presenting work this morning at #ECSS2024 on implementing a hybrid rugby tackle skill and physical conditioning programme in schoolboy sessions. Implemented in independent schools, wrangling and 200+ schoolboys through testing and training (2 x 5 wk blocks).
