Long way to go in the season and no one is crowned champions in Dec but watching the redmen batter City after battering Madrid in the same week is a thing of beauty.

Excellent night out in London at the Olympic Velodrome. The speeds and control were incredible and some of the power stats ( over 2000watts) make an amateur cyclist like me feel pretty inadequate 😂

Cycling 8000km in 6 countries this year,has been fantastic fun. Seeing the world at a slower pace helps you appreciate it all the more.Training starts again in Jan. for the Dragon Ride next year with a couple of trips to Spain & Italy for good measure. Living the Dream
