Plus the disallowed goal, but Sunderland were plucky and took their chances when it mattered and that’s Football. Makes it the more galling seeing them go up when we were the better side! Congrats to Sunderland and Philip West and the Roker Report team who are good bunch of lads

Next upcoming season will be our 25th consecutive season outside of the top flight. I’m so desperate to see our club back in the prem, it’s painful! I hope DK will support Lampard in the transfer market. Granted I expect some high profile departures ie MVE but we must KTF! #PUSB

Ver y poor league 1 play off final. Charlton will get found out next season playing that long ball style of Football. Can see them in the bottom 3 next season based on that showing

Shocking bowling performance by the Bears tonight. Garton and Sylvester in particular bowling pies which has gifted Notts the win. Pathetic #YouBears

Showing my age here, but remember this as a child, this was the start of the late and great Shane Warne’s test career and he especially enjoyed bowling at us! Can’t believe it’s 32 years ago now!

Enjoyed watching ClarksonsFarm with Jeremy Clarkson and the team. Have to admire the work and dedication of all on the farm plus all of the workers getting the pub open in quick time. The essence of teamwork and the best of British and serving British produce to go with it

Italia ‘90 was my first real memory of watching the World Cup on TV as a child. England played really well until the dreaded penalty shoot outs. Thought Bobby Robson was a fantastic manager and man as well!
