Brutal honesty & transparency is the start of any genuine change. Public services (including the NHS) in their current form are broken. Pretending otherwise to “bolster morale” will do the opposite. We are teetering on the brink & a total reset, not a positivity drive, is needed.

6/7 Fifth - the specific health inequalities allocation was used to support learning eg establishing academies, bringing in outside experts such as The Michael Marmot Institute of Health Equity UCL and Deep End GP Scotland, build trust (through funding) with the VCS, pilot small programmes, increase capacity within the ICB.
