If I have a player too wrapped up in mechanics I bring them to the tennis court! I just toss tennis balls so that they have to move to the ball! Amazing just how many good things happen to the swing when you are athletic, have balance and only think about making solid contact! ⚾️

Love this. Anybody listen? Probably not. Watching baseball and 15 of 27 outs are strikeouts? Trips to games over $200 plus?Doesnt add up. Teach the game and not numbers. This will allow longevity in the game
