Just watched "The Secret Art of Storytelling in Programming" youtube.com/watch?v=xbikBo… by Yehonathan Sharvit and really enjoyed it. Data-oriented programming facilitates this technique, which is another great reason to choose #Clojure.

So, my colleague pointed out to me that the hypermedia.systems book says maybe we shouldn't make spreadsheets with hypermedia. I should've read it more carefully before using htmx.org / CEO of Event Bubbling (same thing) for my spreadsheet (which I'm still working on, btw). github.com/adam-james-v/b…

Here's a quick demo of #htmx working nicely with JS in the frontend. Load your frontend lib. Then, when you want to update some state from the backend, send a script tag and htmx will run it! JS != bad Thinking about the right tool for the job gives flexibility and strength 💪
