If a 15 week limit was a “ban” we could say most European countries “ban” abortion. And they don’t. 47 of 50 limit abortion before 15 and most of those at 12 weeks.

Republicans must go on offense with the life issue; educate the American public and lay out the facts.

By the way, the 15 week limit with exceptions is not a national abortion ban. Nothing with that many exceptions (the first 4 months plus rape incest and life of the mother) can conceivably be called a ban. The term misleads. An “abortion ban” with no qualifiers…
