This week our Sport Coaching and PE students have been exploring the mechanics of running and more specifically how inertia and momentum impact running performance - we added weighted vest to exaggerate these concepts ……. Oh….and we added a bit of competition to keep it fun 😎

Our 2nd year Sport Coaching & PE students have been using live feed to aid their use of Time Outs in Badminton - it’s great to see them finding solutions to problems as a team - we then use In-Play Sports to complete a presentation as part of their performance analysis module

Here’s our 2nd Sport Coaching and PE student Aiden Craker giving some context to his session as part of Effective Practice Design in Coaching … They were tasked with trying to maintain the key properties of the game as well as focus on a primary area of development
