Wild weather in the north. Day four of the power cut. Hopefully we won’t break the record of 10 days without power like we did in 2023🤞 take care everyone stay safe out there.

Looks like we will go in to day five tomorrow without power. The joys of rural living. All houses on the first 3 1/2km of the road had power restored this morning. They told us 3pm then 9 or 10pm - not holding my breath.

Powercut day 5. Waiting….waiting…

I was getting worried after three minutes…

Mōrena from day 6 Powercut. No phone cover now as the cellphone tower must have run out of battery.

Tomorrow will be day seven without power. And of course being rural on tank water, it also means no water. The Vector website keeps getting updated stating the issue is resolved and every day we have to report the outage again.
