Last week my learners were empowered to lead a WITF news crew around our classroom and show them how we do math…a little different than most! They were so excited and although we are in the craziness of May, I am so proud of them. 😍

Last year, one of my girls self-appointed herself my personal hype girl. She bestowed the honor for this school year & today my current hype girl wrote an official contract for our new hype man. Teachers— ya’ll need one. It’s changed our classroom culture & is all kid driven. 🫶🏼
