Made super healthy flap jacks with Lurpak, honey, Linseed, Pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, coconut, orange and dates. And my seeded loaf has risen well. Hope it tastes ok. I’ll try it later. 😊

A visitor came for eve meal, next minute she has climbed into my tree. 😂😂
