Om pandemieën te voorkomen is toegang tot vaccins van groot belang. Nu wordt die toegang beperkt door patenten op medicijnen, ook al zijn die vaak ontwikkeld met publieke steun. Goed dat ministers Agema en Klever nu moeten onderzoeken hoe daar verandering in gebracht kan worden.
