Getting there with the sign on process on our digital wallboards. Staff can tap their ID, which will sign them in and pull information from the rostering platform, check vehicle availability and how busy the hospitals/OOH are, so staff have a quick snapshot at shift start.

Well done you have made a difference . The power of conversation , shared care and decision making will lead to better outcomes for patient . The default to hospital must stop they are not safe for people, increased deconditioning physical and cognitive infection risks etc
