I might be super biased here, but it is not every day you can play with such a high quality dataset. I must agree with Chiara Pepe on this one, if you are curious about how #fUSI will help understanding the structure and dynamics of #brainrhythms, it should be a good start.
After a long while, my lab is returning to #SfN24 with three talks 🎉 First up (SAT 1:15 pm) is rising ⭐️ Chiara Pepe who will show how 🐁 connectivity networks can be mapped using functional ultrasound (fUSI - featuring 🌟 Jc Mariani) Spoiler: Who needs fMRI anymore?!😅 1/4
At #SfN2024 Society for Neuroscience (SfN) and wondering how #fUS imaging can be used in freely moving rats (hello DeepLabCut 🦄), in particular to image local vascular dynamics between MEC and hippocampus during open field exploration? Check out my poster session Tue 8th PSTR370.15 (no. 30)!
We are collecting expressions of interest for two European Research Council (ERC)-funded #PhD scholarships in my lab in 2025 ➡️Research themes range from neural bases of large-scale brain connectivity to in silico modeling of brain networks 🧠 ➡️ More info fens.org/careers/job-ma…
Cyril Hanus was honored today with the Grand Prix Scientifique Franco-Taiwanais for his work on the compartmentalization of glycosylation at the synapse! Huge congrats! @academiedessciences @ipnp Inserm Île-de-France #glycosylation
Our preprint of my PhD’s work w/ Gisella Vetere is finally out on BiorXiv: doi.org/10.1101/2024.1…, and I’m so excited to share it! If you’ve ever wondered about reconciling engram manipulation experiments and neuronal activity during encoding, you’re on the right thread! 1/14
Congratulations Tanter Mickael for this amazing achievement 🥳. Then, it feels only logical after bringing physics to its boundary and beyond, giving us so many revolutionary tools and new perspectives.... And I am only talking from a neuroimager perspective 😅
Well done Benjamin Vidal for having this one out! It is a very interesting phenomenon you caught there indeed 🤔, and resonates with a lot of recent observations on these transient travelling waves. Can't wait to hear more about your new stuffs soon as well 🙏
