It was lovely to meet everyone and listen to very interesting talks from great researchers at BioProNET2. I also had the chance to present a poster with work from my first year as a PhD student at @KontoravdiC lab.
Grateful to have presented my work on #bioprocessing modelling, on my first time at #AIChE2022. This week has been a great experience! @KontoravdiC Sargent Centre Imperial ChemEng
Tune in for the next Sargent Centre Control Club with David Bernal from USRA NASA talking to us about perspectives of quantum computing in chemical engineering!
Spent the last two days in Edinburgh at the @The Alan Turing Institute 's workshop on AI, Engineering Biology & Beyond. Happy to have had the chance to present my work on soft sensors for control of bioprocesses and meet other researchers doing great work on AI in bio.
Busy week at this year's #AIChE. Grateful for the opportunity to discuss some exciting advances in reinforcement learning applied to bioprocesses and the use of metabolic models towards process control. @KontoravdiC Imperial ChemEng @AIChECAST10
Post-holiday energy at Control Club was high as we welcomed Prof. Mustafa Khammash from ETH Zurich. His talk shed light on the intersection of systems biology, synthetic biology, and control theory, with a special emphasis on the realm of cybergenetics.
