Ericka Woode Tom Greene Last week, my stepmother's 101-year-old mother died about a week after falling and hitting her head. Despite both having dual citizenship, it would have taken my stepmom and sister about 4 weeks to clear Canadian regulations to see her. This is insane. Margaux Shelton
