The big "not so secret" in this life is not having to take action against those who have done you wrong. Turning the other cheek isn't a pious "pitty me" move. It's a high energetic power move (when done with love for yourself & surrender). I'm always amazed at what follows.

However frustrating life may be at times, I see endless images on X of parents pulling the lifeless rag doll bodies of their children from the rubble of a destroyed building and I count every single blessing in my life. For some, the horror is unimaginable.

I'm in a "cultured" cinema WhatsApp group... mainly middle-aged men deciding on the next cinema outing. This is where it ends up at... and yes, I'm sold.

You think you'll find freedom in pursuit of money, status, validation, people, possessions... these things outside of you are bonds of slavery. The inevitable crash/ crisis that follows when these things break or fail is the beginning of real freedom. The real treasure is YOU

We intermittently fast, detox, purge etc. The quickest way to change your life is to practice non judgement. It's hard. Not having an opinion on anything. It's a practice. To consciously not label anything as bad or good - for a sustained period of time. Do it for an hour.

Here's a pointer about what something might be. If ordinary families, with children, are being killed in their 10s of 1000s, in a very short space of time, in any time period in history, in any geographical area, it's certainly 1000s of war crimes, most probably a genocide.

You are here to experience the energy of unconditional love. This is your mission. In the way stands your ego and all it craves - status, wealth, power, validation, control, victimhood (at all levels). You will get signs and help along the way to love. Your ego will fight them.
