Unbelievable presentation by our fellow Tim Lancaster at the AATS annual mtg. So smoove at answering the discussant's questions that I thought he had been given the questions ahead of time (honestly!). So glad Tim accepted our offer to stay C.S. Mott Children's.

Final thoughts: As Marc Moon mentioned during #AATS2022, promoting female inclusivity, productivity, & promotion in #CTsurgery will not occur passively. It requires active targeted approaches, especially during adverse times that disproportionately impact #womeninsurgery (5/5)

Heading home from Parker Lecture at SUNY Upstate - amazing history to be walking the halls of Dr Elizabeth Blackwell and down the street from where Dr Mary Edwards Walker became our first female surgeon. I am humbled.
