I coach people who WANT to be coached. Anything other than that is just spinning wheels. Working with people who want to run in the direction of their potential is the blessing of a lifetime.

My favorite activity away from a screen. Bonus points when I get to include my kids.

Spending 45-60 minutes with my undivided attention listening to / supporting someone else feels easy. That said, I do keep text notifications visible in case I need to coordinate something related to my children. 🤹 (Coach, not a therapist here.)
