If you just found me, I’ve been speaking up all 2024 and I’m being deleted from the internet for exposing T-Mobile And this week I caught a harassment charge for flyering a T-Mobile President’s neighborhood and texting him

These are all different days. I wouldn’t have to do this if I wasn’t deleted from the internet. Nobody can tell me I didn’t try my hardest to speak up.

A professional filmmaker caught me protesting outside Collin County, he hit record and I told my story in 2 minutes. Thanks Kurtz!

The collusion between T-Mobile and Trump is way too obvious. But T-Mobile and Trump know they’re untouchable so they don’t care. It’s sad how far gone America is.

It’s wild sitting in a Court Room as a Defendant where the Plaintiff is being escorted by higher up’s in the DAs office and Corporate Lawyers are sitting in attendance. My story is David vs Goliath.

Day 1 is over - the Jury is locked in and the trial starts 9 am tomorrow. If there was any honest Journalism left in America, I wouldn’t be the only one telling my story.

Let’s see if they’re honest about what happened in 2023 when I stood up for T-Mobile SVP Christie Sandoval because she was being attacked for saying “Chick-fil-A has a good Experience”. Chick-fil-A was banned from T-Mobile HQ for being a Christian company.

Trial begins at 9 am - all those people behind me are on the Prosecution Team for my little Misdemeanor Harassment case. Must be nice being T-Mobile and Weaponizing the Judiciary System.

It’s wild hearing a T-Mobile President say they can’t censor information online when they’ve been caught censoring customers texts messages.

It was sad watching the State Prosecution act like this wasn’t a big deal - Americans are supposed to move on from their rights being violated by Corporations. If it wasn’t so bad, then why did Texas make it a law after T-Mobile got away with it?

A T-Mobile President says they can’t censor information. If that’s the case, then why did the Missouri State Attorney General ask T-Mobile to explain why they were censoring links about COVID? Because T-Mobile CAN censor information and people like me.

It’s wild watching the State Prosecution lie about the amount of text messages I sent and also lying about Freier’s Gated Community having a Security Guard and Private Property signs. And apparently your First Amendment Right stops at offending people.

Verdict Is In - I’ve been found guilty of harassment. I regret my actions and apologize to the T-Mobile Leaders I texted. I made a huge mistake texting Jon Freier, I’m sorry Jon. I never wanted you or your family to feel unsafe, my emotions got the best of me.

Marc Palasciano The legal system is there to protect billionaires and corporations. Not to protect people doing too right thing. You were right about everything they were up too, you tried to warn to people, and the corporation got away with it, and you got punished. It's total bull 💩
