On get home day, the power run was short on numbers but long on quality. I was fortunate to be “ghosted”. Good conversation and a great start to the day. NRECA Voices for Cooperative Power

“In a time where we were grieving as a staff, we also felt sort of helpless as we wanted to help Luke’s family, but just didn’t know exactly how. This has given us some purpose and has actually helped in the grieving process for us. So, we are very appreciative.”#whywedothis

It was a great morning run in Seattle before the CFC Forum with Little Mike and the Todd. Turns out I worked with Little Mike’s dad back in my Wyoming days in the early 90s. #coopconnections NRECA Voices for Cooperative Power

Day 2 and n Seattle was a bit damp, a lot hilly but the company was stellar. Big Red, the Todd and Little Mike hit the bricks with effort this morning. Hats off to Big Red who stepped down as CFC Board Chair yesterday. NRECA Voices for Cooperative Power

10 months into this project, we are at 16 lost employees in 12 different states leaving 36 coop kids without one parent. The loss is real. The need is real. If you haven’t donated, go to the website and help take care of our coop kids.

As the sun was rising in Sikeston, MO, I had a great walk and talk with the man who puts the “GO” in SEMO. Looking forward to meeting his people today. NRECA Voices for Cooperative Power
