Male in his 50s with an LV aneurism and slow hemodynamically stable ischemic vt w/a hx of multiple ICD shocks. Activation mapping in VT and then ILAM for proof of concept. There were 2 VTs, same isthmus. Tnx Abbott Cardiovascular, Ryan Johnson and Roderick Tung (for the inspiration)
Melissa Robinson MD Interleaflet triangle is just specific anatomical term for below/in-between the valve cusps. We have found R-L ILT is nice vantage point for the septal margin of LV summit. The view out from this triangular window is the epimyocardium directly underneath the LAD.
Right atrial tach, RF Session #1. Physician says #hdgrid makes mapping like playing a video game, only you have all the cheat codes. Abbott Cardiovascular.
Satisfying PVC ablation in the left coronary sinus of valsalva using the #HDgrid. 33% burden. PVC initiated VT resulting in ICD Shocks. Suppressed immediately on contact. Thanks for the tips Apoor Patel Jackson Liang and support Kristen Norm Merrill #ensite #EPEEPS
A nice Friday evening incessant VT ablation. Slow VT, refractory to pretty much every AAD… mapped with the #HDGrid, #ABBOTT, #EPeeps. Ryan Johnson Abbott Cardiovascular Norm Merrill activation map below
A nice “one-burner” in the LVOT just inferior to the LCC. Thanks for the support Tlcbushey and Ryan Johnson. Propagation map to follow. #hdgrid Abbott Cardiovascular #epeeps
