My Nature Nano paper is out. Fd phage is engineered to display tumor-homing peptides at tip and PD-L1-binding peptides on sidewall. The phage goes to tumor and inhibits PDL1/PD1 recognition, triggering PDL1 immunotherapy. #Phage #Cancer #Immunotherapy nature.com/articles/s4156…

Piezoelectric semiconducting heterojunctions are used as bacteria-killing bone-regenerative implants. Cells apply forces to the implants to generate electrical signals that promote bone regeneration. Lighting them triggers PDT/PTT to kill bacteria. onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/full/10.10…

Our target-amplification-free collateral-cleavage-enhancing CRISPR-CasΦ method (TCC), with DOL of 0.11 copies/μL, shows enhanced sensitivity compared to qPCR. It detects pathogenic bacteria as low as 1.2 CFU/mL in serum in 40 min. #CRISPR #superbug nature.com/articles/s4146…
