It was lovely to be visited by our Jersey counterparts in the Reform Jersey party this evening and to share our experiences in pushing for progressive politics in small island nations. While our struggles are different, we share a commitment to building a fairer society for all.

We applaud the UK's move to raise its minimum wage to £11.44, setting a standard we've championed. With the Island already at £10.75, we're pushing to align our minimum wage with the living wage by 2024. Higher wages are key to a fairer, stronger economy. tinyurl.com/4jn9xy73
