.Flipkart directed me to Sony India for a 7-day brand replacement, but after multiple requests and trying to reach their service center, still no response. Terrible service by Sony India. No one even picks calls at the authorized center in Mangalore (Abhinav Enterprises).

Absolutely insane how Flipkart is exploiting consumers in the name of Open Box delivery. No returns, no refunds even if the item DoA! No accountability whatsoever.
