Stopped for lunch at Padmanadi Edmonton and they were preparing food boxes to take out to the street for our unhoused community. They do this every month! Even if you aren't vegetarian I highly suggest visiting. Their food is amazing, service is always fabulous and they do such good work

Finally home after awhirlwind few days in treaty 7 area. Today I was invited to learn teepee teachings in Kananaskis. We cut trees, moved them, stripped them and made teepee poles. I'm exhausted, bruised and scraped up, but my heart is full.
