Tuesday 25th March. Tap Dancing 11.30am till 12.30pm Fun! Exercise! Balance! Who needs Strictly? A good time activity costing £4.00 for visit, first time is free, give it a go.

Wednesday 26th March 10.30am to 12 noon. A coffee morning with the very fine pianist Paul Carter practicing his tunes in the background. There is no charge (though small donations very welcome.)

Thursday 27th March at 10am. A one hour active and mixed ability exercise class for older people. There is a £4.00 fee per attendance. Your first visit is free of charge to see how you like it.

Friday 28th March. At the Guild office in Aberconway Road at 10am till 12.30pm. A lively coffee morning with a group of older people from a wide variety of backgrounds. A friendly and welcoming bunch coming to this event is often the best place to find out about the Guild.
