Sigh anyone else fed up with big companies delivering shocking service? P&O Cruises had to give me a partial refund for my cruise (June 23). That was confirmed by the ombudsman (Oct 23). STILL waiting for my refund! The issues on board were a risk to life. Lies to us and more!
