Today is Holocaust Memorial Day. A group of Y9 students have been taking part in a workshop, led by @STHLibraries, to commemorate the day. The students demonstrated their knowledge about the Holocaust & the reasons why it's important to remember it. #HolocaustMemorialDay

It was very moving to be with my friend Sir William Shawcross & his sister Joanna to unveil a blue plaque for his father in St Helens on #HMD2025. Hartley Shawcross was elected Labour MP for the town in 1945 & was the Attorney General who served as Chief Prosecutor at Nuremberg.
