١/ تحليل Nadine Hani الاقتصادي هنا خاطىء. أولاً أهداف #ترمب التي شرحتها (تقليل العجز و إعادة التصنيع) لا يمكن معالجتها عن طريق التعرفة و لو بمعادلة صحيحة. هذه الصناعات ليست في بدايتها لتستفيد من تعرفة جمركية و ايضاً تستورد جزء كبير من مواد الخام، فالتعريفة تضرها. العربية Business #
٢/ ثانيا، Nadine Hani عرضت #أمريكا ضحية و #اوروبا و #الصين كمعيقين للتجارة الأمريكية—و هذا خطأ. الاتحاد الأوروبي يفرض قيمة مضافة VAT على السيارات بغض النظر عن الُمصدِّر فهذه ليس عوائق تجارة.نعم الصين تتحكم بسعر اليوان و تقدم دعومات-لكن أمريكا تفعل نفس الشيء.العربية Business #العربية
٣/كمثال:أمريكا أيضا تطبع $ و تتحكم بالاقتصاد و تعطي دعوم ظاهرة و خفية منها IRA (مرسوم خفض التضخم).أمريكا قبل #ترمب فرضت تعرفة جمركية على بضائع من #الصين ذات ميزة تنافسية-كالنسيج. ثالثا، استفادت أمريكا من معدل تعرفة منخفض من دول فرض ترمب عليها تعرفة عالية العربية Business Nadine Hani
٤/ و أخيراً فرض تعرفة جمركية بمعدل صحيح لا يؤدي بالضرورة لتحفيز صناعات محلية و خلق وظائف، كما اقترحت Nadine Hani . فهذا يعتمد على هيكل التجارة و التعرفة و على من يدفع الجمارك. في حال رسوم #ترمب الجديدة، فإن #اقتصاد و صناعة و مستهلكين و تضخم أمريكا هم المتضرر الأول. العربية Business./
