Jays get a big win today against Staley 3-0. Tim Teixeira pitched a 4 hit CG shutout striking out 4. Jack Quetschenbach went 2 for 3 with a double, Isaiah Hung 2 for 3, RBI. Teixeira also drove in a big run with the stick. Liberty moves to 7-4 and 1-0 in conference play.

JV NLT the Jays walk it off vs Smithville 4-3. Kaiden Postoak 2IP, 3K. Landon Cruce 2IP, 2K, Grady Coppinger 2IP, K. Jackson Tanksley picks up the Win. Fletcher Pauling H, 2R. Derek Wilson H, RBI. Jack Lucas 3B. Jackson Tanksley 2 for 3, 2B. JV is now 11-3 overall this season.

Conference Champs!!! Liberty def. Lee’s Summit 6-0 today behind another CG 2 hit shutout by Tim Teixeira 6K’s 1 BB. Carter Towns 3 for 3, 3 R, 3 RBI’s. Liberty is now 23-8, this is Season 51 and the 22nd Conference Championship, also this was the baseball program’s 850th Win👏👊

Liberty def. Staley 4-1 riding the back of Tim Teixeira who dominated the Falcons CG, 5K’s, 2H, 1R…the run in the 7th snapped 27 innings pitched of scoreless baseball 🤩💪🍔🐻‍❄️ Teixeira also provided the O going 2 for 3, double and a big 2 run HR. Jays are 28-9 face LN Sat. 12pm

From Blue Jay to Raven. LHS_Baseball senior Jackson Tankesley (jackson tankesley) announces his commitment to Benedictine Baseball. The first baseman will head across state lines and join the Ravens in fall 2025.

Ducks 18u (Williams) 1B Jackson Tankesley (2025, Liberty) off the board and heading to Atchison, KS! Coach Peterson runs a phenomenal program over at Benedictine and Tanks will fit right in with how good his character is. Can’t wait to see how his power plays on the Island!
