Extremely upset with HDFC Bank and DTDC Express Limited - they have LOST my cheque and are now busy blaming eachother - giving me no concrete solution as to when I will get my money. Terrible Terrible experience dealing with them.

Despite writing 2 strongly worded emails to HDFC Bank management at head office in Mumbai regarding my lost cheque and their lack of action, I’m yet to get a call and response from them. Sashidhar Jagdishan - request a call back and a response. This is highly disappointing

You hand over a cheque to a bank and they loose the cheque. Who is liable to pay you? HDFC Bank since you are completely incompetent and incapable of customer care - hoping you respond here with an actual solution and not some bullshit again.
