Time to learn how to walk again after my achilles tendon rupture! I'm thankful it did not happen when I competed, now it's a long rehab back. Do you guys want to see how it all happened?

This is what happened 8 weeks ago!

This year I have choreographed 3 international programs. Free program to Nikolaj Majorov. Free and short program to Matilda Algotsson. Some small changes for Nikolaj needs to be made, otherwise it's awesome programs!

6 months passed after a snapped achilles tendon, such an annoying injury. I guess it will take 5 more months of rehab to return to normal activity level. Baby steps, but my goal is to make one tripple jump next year. #FingersCrossed

Will the world championship going to be held this year? Just curious what you think.

Imagine being able to use Hawk -eye video system to analyze rotation of figure skating jumps. No more human errors! It can also probably be made to detecting wrong edge jumps and counting spins. Is it only me who had this idea for a long time? ISU Figure Skating

I wrote an email to Hawk Eye Hawk-Eye Innovations with questions regarding if the technology is possible to use in figure skating. 3 target questions asked: - downgraded jumps - pre - rotations - edges on take off I let you all know when I have the answer! #makefigureskatingfair

Here is one more example on myself, how would you judge this jump fair for an athlete? Is this: - inside edge (normal Flip) - outside edge - or do we need to take help of a AI computer? I personally don't know which edge i did on this Flip...

Small update! I'm still waiting for an answer from HawkEye support. I will try to contact them again regarding the questions about the software use in skating.

Good news! Talked with Hawk Eye and they told that it's possible to use the technology in figure skating, but they need to program the technology to calculate a skaters elements. I gave them also an idea to make a trial run on Worlds in Stockholm 😉

Right now I'm working with Covid vaccination until the pandemic is over, such an interesting and different job. We are working fast as a bullet, soon we will reach the goal!
