Squat PR today 💪 302.5 lbs 1x5 Reps were not quite as consistent as I would’ve liked, but they all went and I’m happy with them. Didn’t wanna show up today - feeling gross from my diet this weekend. Glad it’s done and I was successful. Praise God for the strength added to me
