Today we're sharing photos of the building that is now known as the 505 Lofts. The B&W photo was taken ~1914 when the five story building was the Fremont National Bank. The 2nd photo is from ~2011 when the building was vacant. The 3rd photo was taken around this time last year.

This photo is from ~1916, the building housed Jackmans Photo Studio on the 2nd floor. On the main floor was Horstmans Shoe Store & Blair & Mulloy a clothing store. The 2nd photo shows the building ~2020 when Sampters occupied the space. Now the building is home to Smitten + Steel

This photo taken ~1925 depicts Hotel Terry located at 350 N Main St. Canvas awnings which are stretched over the front sidewalk are marked Hotel Terry & Cafe. This building was restored in the mid 70s when it became the John C Apartments. In 2020 there was a fire that killed 1.

This photo was taken circa 1900. It depicts the former Fremont Post Office located on 6th & Broad. Richardsonian Romanesque influences are readily visible in the architecture of this 1893 structure. Two men have happened on the scene and have paused for the exposure.

In this photo taken ~1878 shows a 2 story brick building located on 6th & Main. The building is occupied by the Lee Hardware Store. In 1994 Buck's Shoes moved into the building where it operated until 2019. Today the building is home to Buck's Axe Throwing which opened in 2022.
