Does anyone have suggestions for resources to learn python for someone who doesn't code already?

Does anyone know of a tool to draw learning arches nicely? (Kaos pilot syle) currently I use a pen and onenote, but I think there might be a nicer way to draw arches of a regular size? Any ideas?
