This past weekend, a few staff members said ‘Best of Luck’ to our precious Phlebotomist/NT, Afiya, as she embarks on a new journey! We will forever support her & miss her dearly. ❤️

Last week, we said ‘see you later’ to our dearest Volunteer, Gabby! There are no words to express our love & appreciation for her, & she will always hold a special place in Miner 5’s heart. We wish her all the best on her new journey! ❤️

Miner 5 back at it in the new year with Rep. Cory Brown, partaking in the Tortoise Re-education in service. Tortoise is an off-loading device with a fluidized positioned for our patients to decrease the incidences of any pressure injuries.

We will forever appreciate our float nurses. RN’s Mike & Randa have helped Miner 5 so much over the past couple of weeks, & they plan to continue to help us as we onboard our new nurses. ❤️
