🎀✨headshot sketches Stylus is still MIA

Some weapon concepts and an unfinished sketch of Diamond. Ribbon’s weapon here is based on a type of sword called a hook sword. I initially made the same concept early February on pencil/paper but am figuring out what colors/detailings to use in this picture here.

Alternate version of the uniform to make it marginally easier to draw on Diana and also look a bit nicer, plus give more variety for character/outfit designs. Very subject to change.

Reina sketch

Finally finished this comic page I’d started back in January. Been watching Kamen Rider W and have really been enjoying it.

Birthday art for a character from a rhythm game I play, he’s one of my faves. Tried to do thin lineart for this one. It took awhile as my tablet pen is still missing, I’ve been using a really bad stylus, but this turned out great in the end! ⭐️ #仙石忍 #あんさんぶるスターズ

Some recent Reina artwork. I think I’ll be changing her ponytail into a long braid for her usual look. It’s less bulky and makes her hair appear more puffy than spiky. She actually has twin braids in my very first drawing of her back in 2019, so we’re kinda going backwards lol

It was also Reina’s birthday back on the 21st of last month, so a late happy birthday to her. I had a few ideas for an illustration for it, but I’d been busy and none of my attempts at making one really worked. Here’s some other sketches of Reina and Ribbon

Trying to add a bit more detail to Ribbon’s outfit, also just a test with some pencils. Only really like how the first image turned out. They were drawn in the reverse order they are here. I plan to add some embellishments to Diamond’s outfit as well.

Ribbon sketch. She’s probably holding her sword incorrectly here. She was really close to the top of the paper so I didn’t have enough room for her to hold it properly. I need to work on making the skirt of her dress look less stiff without completely deflating it.

Forgot to put these on twitter but some concepts from last month. I also found my stylus early last month so digital art should be a bit easier now. You can check my [SMS ending in blr, same @] for some infodumps about these since this one is hard to do that with.

Also forgot to post these. These turned out nice. I used a blunt normal pencil here instead of a mechanical one which makes things a lot looser.

Last one, sorry about the spam. From two weeks ago? They were on a page after my last post in this sketchbook, so sometime after that. I’m still not quite satisfied w how the uniform looks on Diana, so these are experiments with giving her pants instead of a skirt or dress.

Found a mostly finished sketch of Reina’s parents I’d done on some loose paper. From one or two months ago. The proportions aren’t exactly where I want them but pretty close to how I picture them. Still need to think of fitting first names for them both.
