Seeds are sown for winter crops, and our #hydroponics systems and largest polytunnel, has just a few finishing touches to go. This week, we also welcomed our first trainee, and look forward to more joining our team. We’re excited to see and share all the steps that follow.

It’s winter outside, but it’s spring inside our #polytunnels, and the smallest of our raised beds are full of life. We are in the process of planning our summer growing, what seeds to sow in the coming months, harvesting and local distribution of crops. #polytunnel #raisedbeds
