people don’t realize that a friendship is also a relationship that needs to be maintained with love, care, and empathy. you should put equal effort into your friends as you do a significant other. communication, consideration, and genuine care go a long way in a friendship.

Coming after a community that supports you is very unfair, not smart and just offers more evidence into the fact that “POC solidarity” is an illusion. Your advocacy should be intersectional. Period.

Saw a man look very pass out outside a chicken shop yesterday and I went back and forth the street trying to figure out what to do (in the end he was fine) but how can my friends tell me it’s the Slough in me that wants to check if he’s okay You Londoners are mad 💀
