If I can tell you to do one thing today, GO AND GET YOUR FLU JAB. I hadn’t got around to it post- Covid and am now paying for it big time. It’s currently ripping through Dunedin with medical practices at capacity and after hours doctors slammed. I feel awful, please get a jab.

A year ago today we lost Liv. Some days it still doesn’t feel real, and seeing the pain and loss her family has experienced has been heart breaking. Liv was named after Olivia Newton- John who passed away earlier today. The world has now lost two special Olivia’s on August 9 🤍
