NEW SOCIAL HOUSE BUILDING STATS :
2023 Approvals = 4,418 vs 5,061 in 2022. This is a 13% decrease. 2023 Starts = 4,360 vs 5,989 in 2022. A 27% decrease. 2023 Completions = 6,946 vs 8,434 in 2022. A 18% decrease.
