There are kids out there stacking days and doing things the right way every day and being fed information many aren’t getting that are going to be them ones when it’s time. The long game usually wins out. You have to understand this.

Excited to announce the signing of Jalen Childs from Mount Hood CC! Jalen averaged 17ppg, 6rpg, and 3asts this season. Prior to Mount Hood, Jalen was an All-State standout in Oregon who scored over 1,000 pts during his prep career #EnergyWins

Rules = bare minimum. Standards = what winners live by. Great teams don’t follow the rules — they set the standard. Coaches demand it & Players live it… That’s how you build a winner!🏀🧠🏆

Skill Training vs Player Development — big difference! Developing requires correction + teaching — not just getting reps up in a obstacle course. Breaking down their game film, dissecting their game and correcting their mechanics, growing their IQ through purposeful tasks, etc.
